| Descripción : | The development of the thesis has been based on a complete study for the Design of an Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Management System in a Broccoli Processing and Exporting Plant, in which it determines the risks of accidents existing in the company, which cause mainly damages to the worker and incur expenses to the company. In addition, this system will identify, analyze, evaluate, control and monitor various factors that may cause accidents at work, and preventive measures that will be taken to minimize the risks of accidents. This design will be a base in which the company can implement a socio-labor culture that allows the different areas to be involved, in order to establish accident prevention methods, in order to avoid damage to personnel or property; improve the image of the company, providing up-to-date and beneficial technical advice for those directly and indirectly involved in productive activities, in addition to reducing costs of work accidents incurred by the company and complying with the current legislation applied by the IESS. It is necessary that when implementing the Design, the company commits to incur expenses, for its implementation, and that its execution is carried out by trained people, so that the information and results obtained are rewarding. |
