| Resumen : | El Estudio Explorativo. Realizar un documental filmado a través de encuestas que permitirían conocer el pensamiento del votante y así tener un acercamiento a la realidad de la problemática planteada. Estudio Descriptivo. Establecer un análisis político social que permita determinar comportamientos, causas y consecuencias que han repercutido en lo que hoy es la realidad del Ecuador, la cual será comparada con y confrontada con leyes, culturas, pensamientos o realidades de otros países. El Estudio Explicativo. Se explicará la regulación vigente mediante la cual un votante es obligado y manipulado a votar por opciones que no toman en cuenta una posible decisión soberana que refleje el verdadero sentimiento que tiene el elector ante la política y sus representantes. |

The explanatory study it will explain the current regulation by which a voter is forced and manipulated by options that dont take into account a possible sovereign decision to reflect the true feeling the elector to politics and their representatives to vote. |
