| dc.description | This thesis will facilitate the design and construction of a speaker cabinet from Thiele-Small parameters, which are provided by the loudspeakers manufacturer. The objectives and the hypothesis of this investigation work will be included on chapter One. On chapter two is all the research work. It presents the theory needed to build a cabinet for a speaker with Thiele-Small parameters. It has terms definitions, parameters measurements procedures, designing formulas for the cabinet, among other things that make the cabinet construction easier. A designing guide is on chapter Three. It includes step by step the procedure to design and build a two-way cabinet with bass reflex. Furthermore, the results obtained from the cabinet is tests made to observe its behaviour. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this thesis will be part of chapter Four. The disadvantages and advantages that arise throughout the cabinet’s construction will be highlighted on this chapter. | en |
