dc.descriptionThis Titration Work contains a scheme with activities and functions that should be carried out as part of the Implementation of Service Management in Ferrero of Ecuador under the Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards. In general, it could be applied to any food production industry. Based on the definitions and scope of the COBIT Objectives and the ITIL Standards, this framework or methodology, backed by best practices in public and private business sectors, under structured organization schemes, will be a practical guide for the Management of the Services in the Area of Information Technologies, where the Support and Delivery of Services to the users must be efficiently fulfilled, trying to optimize the resources used for them. A cost-benefit analysis was carried out to determine the convenience of implementation within the company, which when realized will produce short and medium term benefits such as improvement of service administration, minimization of problem solving times, efficient use of resources in the assistance to the internal customer of the company, control and scalability of incidents, control of changes and management of versions of the applications all this with the purpose of contributing significantly to the fulfillment of the objectives of the company.en
