This plan was developed after seeing research determined Peruvian businessman are buying guinea pigs in Ecuador and then bringing them to commercialize in Peru. The export will take place in the province of Tungurahua in Ambato City in the parish of Huapascucho where the guinea pigs will be collected and then processed; the unit cost of the guinea pig is $ 5.30 with a profit margin of 30% to involve Transaction risk because of it.
