The technology today is a double edged sword, on one hand, it is criticized because it creates barriers to real human connections, but in the other hand this manages to bring together communities and individuals a way never before imagined, shortening distances, reporting within seconds and changing the perspective of crowds and strength when troubleshooting. Within this breakthrough such as the Internet, platforms of crowdsourcing and crowdfunding are helpful tools, not only for social reasons but even for musicians, creative, small and large companies, which through these technologies, seek effective solutions for help in the community, be they monetary or not. This project seeks to develop its own platform for crowdsourcing and crowdfunding for the Foundation Reina de Quito, which through the help of the community is looking to cover the needs of The children's center “Aprendiendo a Vivir” which serves underprivileged children with Down Syndrome. It seeks to take advantage of new technologies to favor those who need help.en
