| Descripción : | Nowadays companies have a higher labor rotation index, and in order to decrease this indicator, managers are focusing their efforts to actively integrate their employees, generating a strong commitment from the latter towards the company. The first step to create this commitment is called Socialization (Taormina 1994). When employees are involved in the company activities, and managers promote a good personal relation towards their employees and between them, the level of Socialization will be higher thus a stronger attachment to the company will be created. To this manner, the Positive Psychology effects proposed by Seligman in the year 2000 are important, because it has focused in maximize the positive emotions that makes a person fell motivated therefore offering their bests abilities towards work without leaving aside their personal life... |
