The project begins with a general analysis and statistics about the causes of the reworks according to the previous section, and thus we determine the situation and development in the different activities that they make in the painting process, being it the task with the concentration and specific knowledge. With the acceptance of the Manufacturing Manager, the collaboration of the manager and workers of the area, we proceeded to the investigation and analysis of the situation to determine the tools of continuous improvement, which will enhance the performance, behavior and the results of the activities in the area, because the painting process is one of the most delicate in the assembly of vehicles. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tiene como objeto realizar la propuesta de mejora en el área de pintura de la empresa Maresa Ensambladora. El proyecto inicia con un diagnóstico general y estadísticas sobre las causas que originan los reprocesos, en la sección antes mencionada, y de esta manera determinar la situación y desarrollo en las diferentes actividades que se realizan dentro del proceso de pintura, por serla tarea con la concentración y conocimiento específico. Con la aceptación del Gerente de Manufactura, la colaboración del administrador y los trabajadores del área, se procedió a la investigación y el análisis de la situación para determinar las herramientas de mejora continua, que reforzarán el funcionamiento, comportamiento y los resultados de las actividades en el área, Porque el proceso de pintura es uno de los más delicados dentro del ensamble de vehículos. | es_ES |
