| Descripción : | The present work has as purpose to propose the implementation of the methodology of the 5's in the warehouse area through an instructive detailing each of the processes and responsibilities to give way to its subsequent implementation. Similarly proposes a strategic planning of the system of Industrial Safety, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). We have chosen the continuous improvement tool 5 applied to the storage area due to the negative results in terms of economics and recurrent breaches of deliveries of materials to projects due to disorder, lack of organization and cleanliness of this area. With this proposed application of the methodology is to be achieved: reducing costs by 50 percent in the shipment of materials, timely delivery of materials on site.. |
