The following work presents a new interior proposal for the Centro Comercial Multicentro, which its main objective is to rehabilitate the food court and renew their aisles. Also, the plan is to add a cafeteria as a local anchor, strategically located in an area that its both part of the mall and has an exclusive entrance next to the tower of departments and offices of the same Multicentro that potentiates possible costumers. The previous food court had an unattractive small area and not marketed brands, so their poor sales led to its closure. That is why the development of the project is to use the top level of the mall to develop exclusively the food court, thus creating an open, wide and fluid circulation area. The importance of both the food court and cafeteria is to benefit from the commercial and residential location of the mall, establishing prestigious brands that will attract regular customers and expand the consumer market, giving the mall a competitive advantage that will boost its sales. The research presents relevant information that will help the project development. Includes, Ecuadorian and global business evolution, business growth industry of La Mariscal; current location of the mall. It also presents a brief history of each of the brands to be implanted, in order to know its corporate image that will help customers recognize them. This representation can be seen reflected in the blueprints and 3d images that include floor, ceilings, and walls design through a study of color psychology, lighting, equipment and ergonomics that facilitate the development for the user. In conclusion, the project arises from the need of remodeling an unused space, with the use of different tools of the field of interior architecture that will facilitate the structuring of the visual presentation of the site, inviting more customers to a comfortable and modern space.en
