| Descripción : | This research project has been developed with the aim of presenting a proposal of a Communication Management Plan (DirCom) fo organizational strengthening and image fro the Corte Constitutional del Ecuador. The implementation of the Global Image Audit and investigative tools such as interviews, focus groups, surveys and document analysis allowed to obtain results that would support the proposal of this thesis on the management of internal communication in the Corte Constitutional. The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of domestic public versus current model of internal communication and the effectiveness of its mechanisms, in addition to its review of the working environment, the management of corporate image and organizational culture.
