| dc.description | While environment make many positives contributions to the people, others problems come from in to. Companies do not have any permissions from the environment to be open them. People do not paid attention to the environment. Public and private transports contaminate too much according to the carbon monox and the green house effect came from the transports in general. The Conventions and International Agreements are important to the environment who regulates the law creation same programs to protect to the ecosystems and environmental quality. People have to insist to know the origin, his consequences and problems about the environment who are created the social problems come from the air pollution across the transports in general and the industrial machines. Finally this thesis make the introduction about the project of Mechanism of Clean Development to make more hard to the Agreement and Program of Reduction of the Environmental Pollution, Rationalization of the Subsidy of Fuels of the Public Transport who go to the end, across to the current Constitution. Additionally to be have reforms to the mentioned Program granting also benefits to the private sector. | en |
