| Descripción : | The aim of this study is the determination of maternal behavior of the bullfighting cows in the peripartum period, by identifying specific behavioral patterns to improve the management of this cattle. It was held at the “Hacienda Charron" in the province of Chimborazo, where a total of 15 cows were taken, which were divided into two groups corresponding to the number of births and age thus differentiating multiparous females (8) from nulliparous (7). Using the “GoPro Hero2 HD ®” continuous shooting mode for recording every five seconds, twice recordings were made, the first one from 4:30 - 8:30 and the second in the afternoon 16:30 - 19:00.
