| Descripción : | The following thesis work is based on the strategic proposal of the National Police for its management period 2014-2017 whose main objective is to become a more trustworthy and effective institution at national and regional level in regard of citizen security. Therefore, the commitment of all policemen is considered as important in order to achieve the drawn up objectives. Three variables have been considered: the strategic plan of the National Police, internal communication and external communication. In light of this, a diagnostic intervention has been carried out on the performed communication, its understanding and identification with the mentioned plan with the objective to achieve the alignment and commitment of the police officers towards the new strategies posed... |
