| dc.description | This project was created by the need to make a study about the new technological trend, called Cloud Storage. This technology proposes to use the Internet resources in a simple way to provide files storage and backup on the Internet, improving availability and reducing costs compared to other traditional systems. For the project, a simple enterprise virtual network is suggested, where the cloud storage comes as a real and efficient solution for backing up data in an organization. The Chapter I realize a preliminary study about Cloud Computing which defines the types of clouds that can be implemented, a description of the service models, benefits and disadvantages as well as some security risks. Next, Chapter II has theoretical aspects of the Storage, which describes features of Cloud Storage technology, as well as other traditional technologies that are currently used, in order to compare the benefits between the local storage and the clouds storage. | en |
