This thesis topic is presented as a contribution to effective and affordable hearing health care for musicians, regardless of their performance, particularly drummers and percussionists; additionally provides an alternative to possible logistical and economic problems that may occur in both of conditioning or sound insulation processes. The project begins with an analysis of hearing care, be it normal or not, as in the case of people with acquired or congenital hearing impairments, i.e. searches for effective and efficient solutions, early or reactive, to issues of hearing loss. With this it is achieved not only to take care of the healthy hearing in order not to lose it, but the anomalous hearing in order to support it and not to worsen it. To achieve the goals of the project, it is proposed the use of industrial hearing protection, in which a speaker is adapted to its headset. This speaker is controlled by an electronic circuit that has the functions of a metronome (which causes much of the hearing loss in musicians due to its poor spectral content, easy masking and high SPL). This system operates under the principle of osseous transmission, improving the musical tempo interpretation of a performer, taking advantage of the decrease in work due to use ear protectors. Musical working activities are regulated within established by the Regulation on Safety and Occupational Health and Improvement of Working Environment, decreasing the noise level perceived by the auditory transmission organs, from approximately 94 dB to a range of 65 to 73 dB, being eliminated the problem of possible hearing loss as assessed by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Labor and Employment. It is concluded that the designed system has the ability to improve not only individual and group rehearsals of drummers in general, but all working musical circumstances in which they are located, improving the understanding of their sound environment.en
