| dc.description | This study is focused on the development of an improvement plan for Schryver del Ecuador S.A., an international logistic company that operates in Ecuador for more than 25 years. A relevant aspect of this study is that strategic management tools are deployed not only from a theoretical point of view, but also from a practical perspective. The strategies here proposed were developed based on results obtained from the internal and external analysis conducted as well as from the market research undertaken.
