| dc.description | By the development of study there is a chance to seize an approach to the weather variations in Ecuador by the analysis of climatic factors which records are registered in weather stations whose main elements of analysis are precipitation and temperature. Generating climate change scenarios is achieved by geo statistical analysis in geographic information systems (GIS) using a mathematical model coupled to the north them Sierra region of Ecuador using the historical values from records of precipitation and temperature. The weather stations network from the study area conducting is analyzed in order to determine the available historical data set, allowing making the selection of those station that present continuous and representative data that allows a proper analysis of variations in temperature and precipitation levels along the last 3 decades. The data determined in the weather network is analyzed in the mathematical model created by Emanuele Cordano in R, used to determine Stationarity in the data series, in order to use this information with the interpolation methods. | en |
