| dc.description.abstract | En la presente tesis analizamos la relevancia que tiene la mala práctica en el ejercicio profesional del abogado a la luz de la ética y la moral, en todas las ramas del Derecho, así como también el impacto social que conlleva, obteniendo como beneficio colectivo el de poder mirar de cerca la forma en cómo los abogados lo aplican, quitando las máscaras de un "buen abogado". Planteamos un proyecto de código de conducta del abogado basándonos en la investigación.
