| dc.description | The Student Association of Universidad de las Americas (ASEUDLA) was created in part to help bridge the lines of communication between the student body and the university authorities. Among their various duties, the creation and organization of various student body events is one of their most important functions since these events help contribute to the benefit of the student body. These events that are planned through this association are a useful and important communication tool if they are well executed since these events can help to improve or strengthen the corporate image of the organizers. The results of the surveys and interviews showed that such the Association lacked a positive image before their target audience because not many people knew of its existence or think that their events where well organized. Due to this reason a proposal was made to help regulate these types of events, which will guide the members of the Association to be more orderly when planning these types of events. By following certain rules and regulations school events will be better organized, thus achieving an optimal development in order for the Association to improve its image with the student body and help capture their interest and participation when it comes to events. The surveys and interviews have proven that students would like the Association to have a stronger presence within the University and be more interested in helping to plan events. | en |
