| Descripción : | The thesis work consisted in elaborating a management plan for the private farm “Huayrapungo”, located in the parish of La Concepción, canton Mira province of Carchi, this place is characterized by having a large area of native forest and paramo de frailejones, own region of. The management plan is a tool for the conservation and management of the resources of a natural area. This plan is a fundamental requirement for a property of these characteristics, get the recognition of “Forest and Protective Vegetation”, as established by the TULAS (Unified Text of Secondary Environmental Legislation). In order to prepare the plan, a detailed diagnosis of the place where aspects such as: location, social, economic, productive, ecological, environmental, among others, is carried out, in the first instance. In this phase, the site under study is visited, applying the methodology of direct, descriptive, deductive and inductive observation. |
