| Descripción : | The projects goal, the implementation of a bar-restaurant in Quito, which uses digital tables SAMSUNG SUR40 as a means of customer interaction with the restaurant. This job details the qualities and benefits of the business concept and the use of digital tables. As part of the analysis of the viability of the project, we have explored the environment, to have a vision about the country, through the middle-environment to investigate the market, knowing every one of the details about that, and finally the micro-environment and creating a corporate culture that approach the efforts of all involved in a common goal. Same time created a Marketing Plan aligned to the business concept and the proposed strategies. Moreover analyzed profit margins offered by the project and the investment required for the implementation. All analyzes main objective of the viability study and valuing the project's profitability. |
