Descripción : Before the necessity of the care of environment, this idea arises from business based on the plastic recycling, that is used for the production of the peletizado one. The primary target is to determine the commercial and financial viability to create Reciplastic, company dedicated to the manufacture of polyethylene raw material of low peletizado density. Upon analyzing the sector of the plastic within the manufacturing industry, is observed that the growth of the same one is of the 3,9% throughout the last 5 years. The investigation of markets made allows to state that 40% of the companies that acquire peletizado PEBD they prioritize as main factor the price, and 30% of them prefer the quality. Giving as result the main reasons for purchase of the product and this allows to create commercial relations with the supplier. 96.67% of the polled agree in making agreements of monthly purchase, as long as the supplier fulfills its requirements, exigencies and demands. These aspects represent an opportunity for Reciplastic, focused in offering excellent quality to competitive prices and assure the rank monthly sales. For the entrance of Reciplastic in the industry of the plastic in Quito city, is established like central strategy the positioning, cradle in the differentiation as far as quality and gives opportune, which constitutes a factor of importance therefore at the present time are not fulfilled the expectations of the present consumers. It will be applied to the direct sale and telemarketing to generate commercial relations based on the satisfaction the client. According to the trade plan, it will be counted on letters of undertaking of purchase that assure the level production of the company. The installations of Reciplastic, will be located in the industrial zone of Carcelén, by means of the flow chart of processes it is going away to have greater efficiency and effectiveness in each area of manufacture of the product. Reciplastic will be counted on the qualified personnel, technological media and the physical space adapted to carry out the commercial processes and of production, as much in the administrative area as operational, forming an excellent atmosphere of work. According to the risks and main problems studied, Reciplastic is going to have a plan of contingency for each one of these, being guaranteed this way effective solutions that they help the normal development of the business. An initial investment of USD 112.674,00 for the beginning of Reciplastic is considered. With a level of leverage of 66%, by means of a credit of the National Financial Corporation, to a referential rate of 11% and considering a normal scene projected to five years, obtaining an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 53% and a Net Present Value (VAN) of USD 113,900, 37, whereas by means of the rate of discount it obtains VAN of $154,197, 40 and one TIR of 29% these values are considered in a raised with a lever normal scene, which demonstrates the financial viability of the Plan of Businesses.
