Resumen : Los pallets serán fabricados bajo el proceso de extrusión, lo cual permite hacerlos de cualquier medida y capacidad de carga. La empresa se llamará Soluplast Cía. Ltda., se fabricará pallets plásticos en materiales como el polipropileno y el pvc rígido. La oportunidad que el proyecto explota, es que las empresas necesitan adquirir y renovar cantidades significativas de pallets, es por eso que se detectó la necesidad de crear este proyecto. Las industrias que consumen este tipo de productos se encuentran en Guayaquil y Quito, entre ellos se destacan los exportadores del sector agro industrial, galletas y confites, supermercados, avícolas, sector lácteo y bebidas. Las ventajas competitivas que ofrecen los pallets son los siguientes: fáciles de manejar, reparar, no requieren mantenimiento, impermeables al agua, resistentes a productos químicos, no se pudre ni se encoge, elevada vida útil, soporta temperaturas extremas, se ajusta a la necesidad del cliente en cuanto a medidas y capacidades de carga. Se utilizará el concepto de diferenciación, ya que se va a fabricar un producto diferente y único. La inversión total es de $733,316, los cuales se utilizarán para adquirir maquinaria, equipos de oficina, materia prima, etc...
Descripción : The pallets will be manufactured under the extrusion process, allowing making any measurement and loading capacity. The company called Soluplast Co. Ltda., is manufactured plastic pallets in materials such as polypropylene and pvc rigid opportunity that the Project operates companies need to acquire and renew significant amounts of pallets, is why was detected the need for this project. Such products industries are in Guayaquil and Quito; among them are exporters of agro industry, cookies and candy, supermarkets, poultry, dairy, and beverages. The competitive advantages are: easy to operate, repair, do not require maintenance, waterproof, resistant to chemicals, not rot nor shrinks, high life, supports extreme temperatures, it fits the need of the client in size and load capacity. Marketing approach will be used the concept of differentiation, since that is going to make a different and unique product. The total investment is $733,316, which will be used to purchase machinery, equipment, raw materials, etc. Operational factors: Minimize waste and to achieve economies of scale. The company needs to sell 361.523,58 units the first year to cover the fixed costs and variable. Project is estimated to have duration of 5 years, so no recourse in investment in the short term. The team will be composed by a general manager, production manager, a commercial, administrative financial, executive secretary, 6 vendors and 10 operators. Financial highlights: is convenient finance through Bank loan investment, TIR form leveraged in the pessimistic scenario is greater that the TIR without debt of the normal scenario, obtaining thus greater utility and liquidity within the project. Proposal amounts to $733,316. The company will be composed of two partners, each of which will contribute with $109,997.40, requiring a credit for $513,321, which will be provided by the national financial Corporation. General aspects of pallets in the Ecuador market are now invaded by wood; the project arises from the need to comply with the requirements of the client in internal and external management of products. General objectives: develop a line of pallets from plastic to very competitive pricing that allows customers to improve their internal processes. Develop longterm relationships with clients. Specific objectives: targets create value and make a difference in everything which is done. Provide an accountable, professional and efficient service to customers. Manufacturing quality products to ensure success in each of the facilities of the clients.
