| dc.description | This project involves the creation of a livestock company focused on milk production in the province of Manabí, through technical and administrative processes to obtain the highest rate of performance of our animals, in order to meet organizational objectives proposed. The production of raw milk is within the sector Agriculture, hunting and forestry, accounting for 6.44% of total GDP of Ecuador (2010). Rancho Carlitos is a company located at Km 20 road Pedernales - El Carmen, will be established as a limited company formed by four partners. Have an adequate organizational structure, creating jobs and contribution to the community and the environment. According to market research, the company has the potential customers to the processing industries with raw milk collection centers in the north of Manabí, which aims to establish effective negotiations while maintaining the quality and quantity required by the same, also according to interviews with experts can determine that the project is feasible as long as you manage systems optimal production by factors that enable the highest performance of production units.
