Descripción : This work degree, is about creating a company dedicated to the planting and marketing of broccoli. The company will operate in Ecuador, with its plantation and processing plant installed in the province of Cotopaxi, in the field of Laso. In order to develop the project, investigated the business environment, reaching the conclusion that the world market the broccoli is very important and has significant opportunities for growth, especially in Ecuador, which has the best weather conditions and logistics to produce broccoli and export to European markets. In making the choice array of countries, it was concluded that the best markets for exporting the broccoli to be produced and processed, are the United Kingdom and France, that, because markets are better prices paid per kilo and maintaining a significant and growing demand, the latter, by healthy consumer trends being experienced in Europe, especially in these 2 markets. We also conducted a study of the costs of shipping, insurance and logistics, which were favorable to the project because the costs of production and delivery CIF, are well below the price at which it plans to market the product in selected markets. Production costs are calculated by the data that experts were able to facilitate production of broccoli for this project. The shipping and insurance costs, they are obtained thanks to contributions that are made with several companies engaged in this service. The price of a kilo of broccoli to market in UK and France, it was determined through a focus group held with a group of UK tourists who were passing in Ecuador, besides it is necessary to analyze the FOB price Ecuadorian broccoli which are published on the official website of the FAO, and also provide a benchmark to determine at what price CIF could introduce the product. The quantity produced is determined based on the demand of broccoli that have chosen markets, where we can see that the quantity to be exported to the 2 markets, does not represent a significant percentage relative to total demand of these markets
