Descripción : This thesis focuses on the development of a tool to help youth of 5th and 6th classes from schools in the city of Quito, is based on a coaching model for these students to discover their vision, and thus prevent future job dissatisfaction. Its fundamental principle is the boost that future professionals, are successful people, who love what they do, and this tool searches to teach them to determine their vision for the future since they are young, to have sufficient resources to define what they want in life, and what career to study, based on their professional and personal tastes. In the development of this tool, to be tested with college students of Seneca college, we investigated a lot about coaching, and it was determined that the type of coaching that is more effective when working with people (in this case students) is the ontological coaching, because it focuses on working with the SER. There has been a research about what young people think when they are about to graduate from college, and have helped to define what needs the students may have at the time. The objective with this tool, is to meet these needs. One of these needs that youth people have in this situation, is to have support, guidance and advice, to enable them to decide what career to study, with many activities and questions that explore your tastes, personality, what they want and what they are good at. With all these aspects, we proceeded to develop TALENT, a tool consisting of several questions based on coaching impact that explores the current state of youth, on how they look in the future, and also questioning them on how to do what they want in a future, to finally take action and decisions that will determine, after certain activities, whose career is to follow.
