Descripción : The idea of the possible creation of an haute cuisine restaurant specializing in exotic food comes from the knowledge acquired in university period coupled with aspirations to make a venture and thereby achieve employment and financial independence. The idea is to offer the public of Quito, a unique and unforgettable dining experience in a warm, inviting and elegant. With a menu of unquestionable quality that reflects the endless variety of scents, flavors and colors of the culinary art that have not yet been explored in full, you want to include Ecuador in the list of countries that have ceased to delight in the art of the exotic cuisine. Additionally there will be a spectacle such as that offered in major cities worldwide, where consumers directly appreciate the chef using his culinary skills and preparing dishes to satisfy the most demanding palates. The food and beverage sector has had an impact within the national economy as it represents a large percentage of domestic production within this sector is the hotel and catering industry maintained steady growth for years ago as reported by the Bank Central, the industry generates thousands of jobs, and offers opportunities for both the employer and the employer, as can be seen in the table below. To meet the objectives of this business plan using two research tools, the first qualitative descriptive research that applies techniques as focus groups and interviews with experts. The second was a quantitative descriptive research, this tool could define the target market that the restaurant is targeted, the characteristics, needs consumers have, tastes and preferences. Where we may conclude that 85% of public surveyed would be willing to attend the restaurant and prove 7 of the 9 dishes offered. “Ecuador Exotic Restaurant” will have an organizational structure focused on meeting the objectives in the medium and short run, where the organizational environment will be ideal to develop successful strategic planning and thus become recognized within 3 years as the best exotic cuisine restaurant in the city of Quito. Developed a marketing plan for the introduction and positioning of the restaurant in the target market through billboards, magazine fashion, business and style, banners, radio spots, flyers, website of the restaurant, strategic alliances with banks to issue statements on how much our advertising to their cardholders and sent e-mails. Additionally steadily develop positioning strategies to achieve market penetration and customer loyalty.
