| Resumen : | El presente estudio pretende abordar el rol del Derecho Internacional Humanitario en el conflicto armado colombiano, así como también sus implicaciones en la sociedad, y violaciones de los Derechos Humanos ocurridas durante el año 2009. De igual manera se pretende mostrar la situación de las personas refugiadas en el Ecuador y el papel de esta Estado en cuanto a su protección. Para la investigación de este trabajo se ha recurrido a las diferentes fuentes proporcionadas por Organismos No Gubernamentales Internacionales (ONGs), como Naciones Unidas, Human Rights Watch, Amnistía Internacional, entre otras. Se mostrará la labor humanitaria que desempeña el Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja en el territorio colombiano en marco del conflicto armado interno. |
| Descripción : | The present study tries to approach the rol! of International Humanitarian Law in the Colombian conflict, its consequences in its society, as well as the Human Rights violations occurred during 2009. The study also tries to show the situation of the Colombian refugees inhabiting in Ecuador and the roll of the Ecuadorian government in their protection. • Many resources were researched during the investigation, as well as great contributions from International Non-Governmental Organizations NGOs. Also tries to show the humanitarian labor of International Committee of the Red Cross in Colombia in the context of internal armed conflict |
