Descripción : El cuero Aramis Cia. Ltda. is an commercialization company of articles and garments of natural leather in Quito - Ecuador, and it has perceiving the opportunity as an excellent strategy to penetrate into the sale of a different product those who have been commercialized for years, the following business plan focuses in selling leather shoes for men and women in their the points of sale and by catalogue. Actually the persons do not possess the necessary time to go out to malls, that is the reason for which the direct selling have turned into a great success, clear examples are companies like YAMBAL, AVON, HERBALIFE, EBEL, between others; and that is why it is tried to offer footwear of leather for catalogue. The catalogue will contain 37 models of footwear, changing both in color and in height; additionally the costumer will obtain a guarantee as for leather and confection. The representatives will obtain the product in a low price of exposed in the points of sale and his commission will be, if they consider it, a percentage between the price that they buy the footwear and the price to which it is suggested him to sell. The target are men and women, between 24 to 52 years old, which one live at north of Quito, the income level is of U.S.D 400 to U.S.D 550 and they are persons who look for leather products with quality. The initial investment is U.S.D 36.365,63 the which one the 46.4% will obtain in a Financial Institution (Bank), for 18 months, and the rest will be the capital of four partners of the company. The Net Present Value is U.S.D 36.266,55 in the expected stage for the first five years and with an Internal Rate of Return of 49.66%. Finally, the present plan tries to demonstrate the technical and financial feasibility of the footwear implementation in El cuero Aramis Cia. Ltda.
