Descripción : Show Room Nui is a company domiciled in the city of Quito, dedicated to the trade of custom clothing (shirts, shirts and ties) for men, the same as well as its physical location, will have a web address to through an innovative and attractive web page in which the potential audience can interact by creating their own designs, in an easy and fun. To analyze the environment was made a recognition of the micro and macro factors, examining the sector, industry and business, Porter's five competitive forces, plus opportunities and threats in the market and the strengths and weaknesses of the business. The market research, which has allowed the proposed objectives aimed at determining the perspective of customers and potential customers on clothing, giving us quatitative and qualitative results. Concluding that there is a business opportunity and that the products are attractive to people. In adition this investigation showed that the proposed target market is men from 18 years of social stratum medium, medium high and high, which are domiciled in the city of Quito, specifically, in the north of the city and the valleys. To establish the necessary structure for the company, we have evaluated all the basic areas and have established the ranges, locations, logistics, among others, constitute an organizational structure, according to the ideals and the size required for the operation, together by establishing a strategic plan with mission, vision, values, skills and goals by area, with a projection of five years.
