Descripción : Business idea is the creation of a PURE SOURCE CIA LTDA company responsible for the realization of the project of mineral water exportation from Latacunga city in Ecuador, to the Taiwan market. The opportunity to designate a percentage of the annual national output to the project of mineral water exportation realized by the company PURE SOURCE CIA LTDA, is motivated by the enormous market that exists worldwide of mineral water, the unsatisfied demand and limited offer that the countries are in capacity to settle. Mineral water is a product that belongs of the not traditional group of products for export in Ecuador to a foreign market; these products do not represent a very high percentage of revenue of currencies to the country for concept of exports, for what they constitute a great opportunity to generate market, employment and to develop so much productively as in economic terms. The export of mineral water will offer the opportunity to open a new market for the country of potential much, for the appraisal of the international consumers for the product as healthily and of great quality, which makes prefer it on the market. The company will sell sparkling mineral water and without gas to the Taiwanese importers - wholesalers under annual planning established in a contract between the implied parts, who will take charge selling the product and it distributing to the final consumers in the city of Taipei, under the brand concept created by the company. The methodology applied in this study is based on an exploratory, descriptive investigation, the intelligence of market developed and the marketing plan they are the fundamental tools that the company PURE SOURCE CIA LTDA will use for an ideal introduction of his product on the Taiwanese market.
