| Descripción : | The shortage of human and material resources, the almost no existent possibilities of formation of specialized professionals and the digitalization challenge are the problems for the selection and conservation of documents in the mass media, specially the television. The following study divides in two parts: journalistic and technical. In the first one explain the audio-visual management of the ecuadorian company GAMA TV, also one shows criteria journalistic to develop a good documentation with the existing resources and that will continue generated in the way. And, probably, the most important is that displays a promotes plan the technologies journalistic of documentation that will allow new knowledge and aptitudes in the brief relatively space of time in order that this way they could confront successfully the change of professional paper (journalists - producers) that they will have to recover in the new environment that develops the social communication in the world: educate, entertain and report against the clock and with quality… |
