Descripción : Business concept description:The business plan for this has been made thinking in the needs of the companies that produce or trade garments that require making their products more attractive by using serigraphy services with different styles, colors, motives and materials such as velvet, plain, setoff, among others. Opportunity and Strategy: The growth of the Ecuadorian textile industry experimented in the last period and the restrictions to foreign trade imposed by the government are the two main reasons we would like to gladly undertake the opportunity to establish a garment printing Service Company. Given the fact that this reasons are circumstantial we cannot base our strategy on this facts, rather we would like to focus on differentiation from our competitors by providing a personalized service with added values such as pickup and delivery of the goods from the customer address, on the time agreed, delivering superior quality. Projections and target market:The market research showed that the business project is viable because of the restriction the government imposed to foreign trade, especially garments imports, decreasing the offer this products thereby fomenting the need to produce them locally which will require the need of garment printing services by the textile manufacturing companies. An agreement has been signed to provide the printing service for 336000 garments the first year and considering that the expected population growth rate calculated by the Instituto Nacional de Estadisticas y Censos (INEC) is 1.90% we hope the company grows at a 6.00% rate yearly
