| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo proponer un sistema de control de inventarios para Ñucanchi Allpa Ballet Folklórico Nacional, agrupación que durante quince años ha recopilado una gran cantidad de vestuarios, elementos y accesorios que forman parte del activo principal de este ballet nacional; por otra parte, esta organización cultural está dedicada a mantener, prevalecer y difundir las costumbres y tradiciones del Ecuador por medio de la danza nacional, el objetivo principal de este ballet es conocer y preservar la identidad de los pueblos ancestrales como parte fundamental del patrimonio histórico y cultural del país. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto, podremos encontrar variada información que fue recopilada desde la fuente misma de esta organización cultural, las oportunidades de mejora que se han escrito, contribuirán a la preservación de tan importante y costoso activo que es el pilar fundamental para que los espectáculos dancísticos se realicen con altos estándares de calidad y desempeño. El crecimiento sostenido que ha tenido esta agrupación cultural ha sido un factor motivacional para el desarrollo de este proyecto, existe un alta la inversión económica que necesita de procesos de mejora continua para salvaguardar su legado en el tiempo; a través de este proyecto, se obtuvo como resultado la identificación formal de los activos pertenecientes a Ñucanchi Allpa Ballet Folklórico Nacional y mediante este proyecto se realiza la propuesta de un sistema de gestión de inventario para fortalecer y mejorar el control interno que precisan estos vestuarios y elementos que son la fuente principal para generar valor económico para este ballet de danza nacional ecuatoriana. |
| Descripción : | The present research work aims to propose an inventory control system for Ñucanchi Allpa Ballet Folklórico Nacional, a group that for fifteen years has compiled a large number of costumes, elements and accessories that are part of the main asset of this national ballet; the other part, this cultural organization is dedicated to maintaining, prevailing and spreading the customs and traditions of Ecuador through national dance, the main objective of this ballet is to know and preserve the identity of the ancestral peoples as a fundamental part of the historical heritage and culture of the country. During the development of this project, we will be able to find varied information that was collected from the very source of this cultural organization, the opportunities for improvement that have been written, will contribute to the preservation of such an important and expensive asset that is the fundamental pillar for the dance shows are performed with high standards of quality and performance. The sustained growth that this cultural group has had has been a motivating factor for the development of this project. There is a high economic investment that requires continuous improvement processes to safeguard its legacy over time; Through this project, the formal identification of the assets belonging to Ñucanchi Allpa Ballet Folklórico Nacional was obtained and through this project the proposal of an inventory management system is made to strengthen and improve the internal control required by these changing rooms and elements that are the main source to generate economic value for this Ecuadorian national dance ballet. |
