Resumen : El presente proyecto es sobre la creación de eventos deportivos. Consiste en la organización de competencias atléticas dentro del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito de 5K y 10K a las empresas que tienen de 200 a 7.396 empleados. Nos enfocamos a estas empresas, por lo que manejan el mayor número de empleados para que puedan participar en las carreras atléticas, y así también puedan conocer gente de otras empresas y ampliar su red de contacto. Este negocio tiene como fin, satisfacer las necesidades de hacer deporte de las personas que trabajan en las empresas que por sus labores dejan de lado el deporte. En el análisis se encontró que el PIB del Ecuador ha tenido un incremento significativo del 8 por ciento, entre el 2011 y 2013, según datos recabados del Banco Central del Ecuador…
Descripción : This project is about creating sporting events. Is the organization of athletic competition within the Metropolitan District of Quito 5K and 10K companies having 200-7396 employees. We focus on these companies, which handle the largest number of employees so that they can participate in athletic careers, and so they can also meet people from other companies and expand your network of contacts. This business is designed to meet the needs of sports people who work in companies for their work neglect the sport. The analysis found that the GDP of Ecuador has had a significant increase of 8 % between 2011 and 2013, according to data collected by the Central Bank of Ecuador. The industry in which the project is providing a 5.4% of GDP. Also discussed there is a growing number of citizens who engage in sports, among these, are the famous athletic career, which is one of the s service to be bid . The target market is companies having 200-7396 employees, data extracted from the Superintendence of Companies, which it was investigated, as no company touches its doors to host a sports tournament or this kind. This industry is growing according to the Ministry of Industry and Competitiveness. The design of market research was conducted using qualitative research through interviews with experts working in the area of Human Resources for companies with 200-7396 employees, and people who work in companies engaged in organizing sporting events. In the investigation, it was able to obtain valuable information as to what you are looking for HR staff. Was investigated, what kinds of events they prefer, with sponsors that will work every time what these athletic careers and the motivational talks about the importance of sport to organize. The overall Marketing strategy to be applied for this project is based on Market Development, which is developing new market segments for existing products or services. The realization of athletic 5K and 10K will be offered. It will offer, as a differentiator motivational talk to the staff of each company and the importance of not falling into a sedentary lifestyle also publishing the best athletes in major business magazines Quito, these are Diners and Magazine Leaders. Marketing Mix will be analyzed, paying attention to the promotion to be done to achieve satisfied customers for their loyalty. Plaza, athletic careers are in the Metropolitan District of Quito. Product, we offer the service of the organization of athletic 5K and 10K. Price will be $ 29 the registration fee for each participant for each of the races. To start this project required an investment of $ 63.873, which will be funded 60% by the shareholders, and the balance on credit. To make the sales projection was taken into consideration historical inventory provided by Sportime, the company engaged in the city of Quito at sporting events, in terms of powers of athletics, this projection was established in annual U.S. $ 1430000. In detailing the profitability of this project cash flows were conducted in the three scenarios (pessimistic , average and optimistic) , for which a discount rate calculated by the method CAMP had the TIR that is set to 25.80% while the NPV was 99,588 . The balance point is set to 427500 USD per year that is $ 120,875.00 per stroke, estimated to take place 5 year, which allows covering fixed costs. Also, note that the initial investment is recovering in the third year of operation if the project sales are met and there is no surprise. Furthermore, it was analyzed the business proposal to investors, and utilities that have the same when placing their capital in the company details. A flow of the investor, which takes into account a discount rate of 16.18% , calculated by the WACC method , which gave as result an IRR of 25.80% and an NPV of $ 99,588 is calculated.
