Descripción : A complete analysis, which will determine the profitability, capital return, as well as the present yield value, is crucial before executing a business plan. The present project seeks to comply with this objective; consequently details of the chapters are as follows herewith: Chapter I.- A brief outline of the project objectives to be achieved has been included. Chapter II.- A market study, as well as its planned direction has been developed, explaining what the business entails, and its principal variables, the industry and the activity to which it pertains. Chapter III.- Includes a market investigation, which determines the market objective taking into consideration the systematic gathering of surveys, that reveal the prospective consumers profile, as well as that of the products, concluded by the offer and demand study in order to determine the unsatisfied needs. Chapter IV.- Includes the presentation of the company as a result of the study, its objectives, mission, vision, distribution of the facility, location, and legal requirements. Chapter V.- Contains an exposition of the determined marketing plan, market conditions, competition, suppliers, consumers, as well as four different matrixes for each of the four P´s (product, price, plaza—niche-- and promotions) that are included in the total budget plan, that at the same time will assist in planning its execution and control. Chapter VI.- Details of the investment budget, starting with the intangible and fixed assets, and the working capital determining a total value, which will be financed thru its own and external sources. Directly following is an exposition of the sales forecast and the cash flow, considering the here stated aspects: conservative, expected and optimistic, without excluding the discount rate with which the financial indicators has been calculated, such as: net present value, (VAN) and the internal return rate (TIR); this will determine the breakeven point in sold units and the risk analysis. Chapter VII.- Contains a contingency plan in which alternatives have been presented and may be taken into account should the plan expectations not be reached. Chapter VIII.- States conclusions and recommendations reached by its author upon the analysis of the present business plan
