Descripción : This plan aims to test the feasibility of the creation of Client Management, a company specializing in CRM implementation and consulting for small and medium enterprises in the city of Quito. The business idea is born from the evolution that is taking the marketing in recent years, going from simple transactional marketing to relationship marketing where the relationship or link you may have with the company is more important than the transaction that you make, as the main tool of relationship marketing CRM. The services industry is on a steady growth in the past two years was 9% for the other years that grew to a lesser extent, achieved exceed the country's oil GDP since 2007. The market was positive to the initiative by making public market research that 60% of companies would be willing to get this advice and the software, since many of them are paying enough attention to customer service and all benefits of giving good service along with a customer relationship. Client Managment used the strategy of Ansoff Matrix market development in which he says that with an existing product will seek new markets, following this strategy, the plan will be directed towards small and medium enterprises of the city of Quito still a market that does not has been taken into account by the majors. The company began its work with six people elected with a profile for each specific area for excellent performance. The plan's initial investment of $ 115,730 U.S. dollars, which will be covered with 60% ($ 69,438) loan to an annual rate of 11.5% and 40% ($ 46,292) will be remaining with equity. The financial evaluation in all scenarios indices were obtained that demonstrated the feasibility of the project with Van Tir positive and higher than the discount rate even in the pessimistic scenario.
