Descripción : The business plan consists in creating a company that would provide the service of tires retreading national wide. In order to do this we need to know the financial and commercial viability so that we can be certain that the resources we make would create an important investment. The economic rates are propitious for the future of the company. The growth in the automotive field is of a 10% to 15%, which represent an opportunity because of the high demand of tires in the country. For the future company its micro environment would be: an average competition existent, the threat of new competition, the power of negotiation with the suppliers, low menace of substitute products, and a high power of negotiation with the buyers. The market research was done with primary and secondary sources, which have determined that, the target clients for the company are the vehicles in the category of “heavy” that are mainly in Quito and Guayaquil. In the poll 85% of the people that have this kind of vehicles would hire our company.The company would have a hierarchical functional organizational structure that would be formed by 13 members in the administrative area and 12 members in the operational area. The human talent would be based in principals, values and politics that would allow a great working environment to achieve the following objectives. The marketing strategies were raised according to the behavior and decision making of the client. For this we segment the clients geographically and psychographic which allows us to focus on the strategies for differentiation, positioning, aggregated value and commercial growth purpose. The company will also have a mix in communication which contains several strategies to promote the service. The main investment we need to start the company would be of US$ 479.533,26. According to the expected incomes, the cost and expenses estimated the project is financially profitable. In the cash flow we have an expected VAN of US$ 429.667 and a TIR of 32, 25%.
