| Descripción : | The purpose of this investigation is to explain in distinct humanitarian, institutional, and normative contexts, the interventions taken part by the UN, as result of the influence these have had upon the control mechanisms of protection at the moment of its application. With this, the present study explores the application of the international regime of the United Nations through the DOP in Mozambique, furthermore the investigation describes a qualitative-descriptive analysis format, identifying different endological factors that interact upon the extent and application of the human rights regime, it has been determined the norms don’t have a complete extent upon the actions of DOP officials, as well, the influence they have on the functioning of the organisms that promote human protection in the United Nations, therefore, affecting the main objective of promoting peace and international protection of individuals regarding human rights. |
