| Descripción : | This research focuses on identifying the type of political culture that exists in the canton of La Maná and analyzing its impact on the 2019 sectional votes. To this end, through conductism, key elements such as the level of education and the socio-economic level of citizens were analyzed, since, the canton, being made up of politically urban and rural parishes, presented marked social differences. But also, through political psychology, citizens were studied and understood. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the methodology selected in this research is the case study; the same that, through surveys, direct dialogue with citizens and an interview with a Mexican political consultant, allowed to identify that in the canton there is a mixed participatory-political political culture sectorized; which in turn had a positive impact on citizens' participation in the face of an electoral process, specifically the March 2019 sectional votes. |
