Descripción : The present work is a business plan, which main objective is to find the feasibility of creating an active tourism recreation and entertainment center. This business plan is developed seeking to improve the impact of physical activity by implementing conventional, unconventional sports spaces and an alternative that can be exploited in Ecuador as active tourism, a modality of tourism that has attracted attention in the country, which its main motivation is to carry out physical activity through different facilities and established activities. There will be more attractions and benefits for our clients, such as: accommodation in bubble tends, restaurant food and others. To know the viability made an investigation will be carried out where different tools will be used such as: the PEST (political, economic, social and technological) analysis, and the Porter 's fice forces, to understand the external factors of the industry, with information collected develop the matrix EEF (evaluation of external factors) to find the opportunities and threats of the active tourism recreation and entertainment center. Likewise, a qualitative and quantitative research will be carried out, whereby interviews, focus groups and surveys seek to analyze the trends and behavior of the established market. Also, a marketing plan will be created, which will be in accordance with the previously stated objectives and strategies. This will determine the necessary factors to create the financial plan that it is projected to be 5 years to verifying its feasibility, also implementing different business revenue methods to have a postive financial return.
