Descripción : The present investigation was carried out at a hacienda located in Nanegalito, in the province of Pichincha, Ecuador. Here we evaluated the clinical and paraclinical effect in cattle infected with anaplasma and piroplasm, "tick fever" when administering the drug composed of diminazene diaceturate, oxytetracycline, and antipyrine. The hacienda consisted of 80 individuals from which 50 cattle were chosen (according to the highest tick infestation) and the load of hemoparasites was evaluated. Twelve individuals with the highest load of hemoparasites and who present anaplasma and babesia were chosen for the investigation. Having the 12 individuals, they underwent clinical evaluations and for pretreatment clinics, on the following seven days they were given treatment with a dose of 3.5 mg/kg for deep MI and a clinical evaluation was carried out that consisted of time. capillary filling, mucosa color, weight, body condition, and temperature. Parameters were also assessed for clinicians where hematocrit, hemoglobin, prothrombin time, thromboplastin time, and hemoglobinuria were evaluated; both clinical and clinical evaluation was carried out every seven days for one month, due to the therapeutic effect of the medicine. The clinical determinations were carried out in person at the farm, which was carried out by the researcher, the evaluations for clinics were processed the same day that the sample was taken in collaboration with the laboratory of the Animal Solutions Hospital and Dr. Padilla's clinical laboratory. Statistical studies of repeated measures ANOVA and Friedman were performed, where the results were shown to be effective for three weeks for temperature, hematocrit, hemoglobin, and parasite load, anaplasma and babesia, so it was concluded that the parasite load varied from medium to low and the clinical manifestations of the disease showed to be different for each indicator.
