| Descripción : | This academic essay seeks to analyze the ineffectiveness of the action of non-compliance with judgments and constitutional opinions, through a theoretical-descriptive analysis of this jurisdictional guarantee, the rights it protects within the current Ecuadorian state model, and the findings obtained from a case study with high explanatory potential for the topic: that of sick children and adolescents from Larón. Through the analysis and comparison between the theory and what happened in practice, it was determined that the ineffectiveness of the execution of the sentence violates the rights that were intended to protect, initially, with the action whose compliance is sought and, in addition , violates the rights directly protected by this guarantee, which are effective judicial protection and the right to comprehensive reparation. |
