| Resumen : | El barrio Larrea es considerado uno de los barrios más antiguos de mediados de la primera década del siglo XX, 1914, nace de las nuevas necesidades y mejores condiciones de vida de la clase alta que residía en el centro histórico, se lo concibió originalmente como un barrio exclusivamente residencial, a partir de la de cada de 1980 pierde este carácter debido a una nueva migración hacia el sector norte de la ciudad y Los Valles En el nuevo Plan urbano para el barrio Larrea y Santa Clara proyectado para el año 2030 propuesto por el Taller AR0960 20193 se ha analizado la implementación de un CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INFANTIL que potencie al sector en la zona de educación que se ubica en el barrio Larrea, teniendo como entorno directo a varios establecimientos educativos. El proyecto del mencionado centro infantil responde a la propuesta urbana cuyos fines tienen que ver con la rehabilitación de los barrios antes mencionados para alcanzar el desarrollo integral del barrio. El presente trabajo de titulación, tiene como usuario principal a niños de 2 a 5 años de edad, el mismo que está ubicado en una zona con vocación educativa y se plantea con el objetivo de complementar las actividades de aprendizaje y promover el desarrollo infantil integral a través del desarrollo cognitivo, físico y creativo necesario en la etapa infantil. El diseño del proyecto responde a distintos parámetros; teóricos, históricos, urbanos, arquitectónicos y ambientales, dando cumplimiento a las normas dictadas tanto del POU como de las normativas urbanas vigentes del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. |
| Descripción : | The Larrea neighborhood is considered one of the oldest neighborhoods of the midfirst decade of the twentieth century, 1914, was born from the new needs and better living conditions of the upper class that resided in the historic center, it was originally conceived as an exclusively residential neighborhood, since the one of each of 1980 loses this character due to a new migration to the northern sector of the city and Los Valles In the new Urban Plan for the neighborhood Larrea and Santa Clara projected for the year 2030 proposed by the Workshop AR0960 2019 3 has been analyzed the implementation of a CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER that empowers the sector in the area of education that it is located in the Larrea neighborhood, having as a direct environment several educational establishments. The project of the aforementioned childrens center responds to the urban proposal whose aims have to do with the rehabilitation of the aforementioned neighborhoods to achieve the integral development of the neighborhood. This titling work has as its main user children from 2 to 5 years of age, the same one that is located in an area with educational vocation and is designed with the objective of complementing the learning activities and promoting the integral infantile development to through the cognitive, physical and creative development necessary in the infant stage. The design of the project responds to different parameters; theoretical, historical, urban, architectural and environmental, complying with the norms dictated by both the POU and the current urban regulations of the Metropolitan District of Quito. The proposal is located in the Larrea neighborhood, in the city of Quito, Juan Larrea and Buenos Aires streets. |
