Descripción : The business plan proposes the creation of a workshop of hydraulic maintenance at the Rumiñahui Canton, Pichincha province. The workshop will be called "SERVIHIDRAULIC" and will settle by three shareholders with equal participation. The purpose of business is to provide maintenance of hydraulic system (hoses, hydraulic jack or cylinder) and a field service for hosts that do not can be transported to the workshop. The environment is favorable because it denotes a continued growth of the sector that represents significant income in the commercial field. Total, production related to the automotive trade accounts for the 14.1% of the total production. The segment to which the business is directed is: owners of companies or individuals that have heavy machinery – trucks, diggers, dump trucks, hydraulic pumps, etc.- and operating in the Rumiñahui canton or nearby to Sangolquí - Píntag, Machachi, San Rafael, Conocoto. The competitive advantage of the company is that there are no workshops with infrastructure, technology and technical staff with experience in the Rumiñahui Canton. In market research is detected that the business has an excellent opportunity, with a 90% acceptance of respondents. The marketing plan defines strategies towards positioning the company on the market, as it is that of differentiation in the service through the specialization in hydraulic systems. Aspects linked to the organizational structure of the company and their needs of human capital are also. As well as the physical location where business would be installed, which is due to the demand of the client: a commercial area of the city of Sangolquí. According to the financial analysis to the business plan, cash flows both leveraged as not leveraged were positive. Leveraged expected onstage the CNV is $160.712, 94 and the IRR of 71%. The business plan shows favorable from the commercial point of view and by the client, and financially profitable.
