| Descripción : | Analyze how the affirmative action policies were implemented that from the beginning are intended to strengthen minority groups, especially Afro descendants in Ecuador in the period from 2009 to 2017. These policies are designed with the objective of providing and guaranteeing equality for them. in all areas, in addition to the full joy of Human Rights and fundamental freedoms in relation to the "PLURINATIONAL PLAN TO ELIMINATE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND ETHNIC AND CULTURAL EXCLUSION" (Decree No. 60 of September 26, 2009). In addition, identify the possible shortcomings that exist in these policies and what have been both positive or negative results and compare the results with people favored by these policies in the legislature. For this essay, the NATO methodology will be used, that is, an analysis that contemplates the nodality, authority, treasury and organization of the government, which will help us evaluate the affirmative action public policy for Afro-descendant groups following Decree No. 60. |
