Descripción : Currently there is a trend by people taking care of their health issues and their children’s trough a good nutrition habits, because several diseases can be prevented or mild by consuming healthy food. Considering this opportunity, merges this Business plan for the implementation of a company producer and marketer of healthy food, GREEN GARDEN CIA. LTDA. For the study of the project there has been a research and analysis of the industry to which the company belongs to, the country’s environment and the target market. Also determine the mission, vision, objectives and strategy of the company. Market research is done to meet the needs and desires of consumers, first trough qualitative research and then quantitative research; qualitative information was obtained from interviewing experts and focus groups, while the quantitative information was obtained from surveys conducted to the potential market. In the Marketing plan the overall strategy is define, market positioning, differentiation from competitors, product, price, place and promotion. In the Operations and production plan the process of products and services offered to consumers is develop, also the purchase management of raw material and the analysis of equipment and tools required for the business. Schedule defines all the activities and operations that must be met to launch the business until it starts operating. Financial analysis details the structure of capital, the investment needed for the business, cost, risk, sensitivity, cash flows projected for 5 years: leveraged and unleveraged in three scenarios; normal, pessimistic, and optimistic, we analyze the values of the net present value (VPN) and internal rate of return (IRR) in the three above-mentioned scenarios, which can determine the profitability of the business and the desirability of doing so with or without financial leverage. Finally there are the conclusions and recommendations that are presented in the business plan.
