| Descripción : | This following project optimizes a synthetic aperture radar prototype that is located at the Universidad de las Américas facilities, whose main objective is to improve its area of influence. In order to achieve its main objective, this work fulfills a systematized planning, in which applies different analyses and studying methods according to each step purpose done. During the progress, the importance of analysis in each part of the radar is specified in order to determine the improvements that must be done in the radar through different investigation methods such as: scientific, deductive, and quantitative. Which are applied when some testing devices are used, when it is possible to deduce how the radar works currently from a general to specific perspective, and after classifying information. Afterwards, some radiofrequency elements are rebuilt and using experimental investigation they are implemented, tested, and finally evaluated. With this project it is possible to contribute to the Universidad de las Américas in the technical, scientific, academic fields; which will enrich student’s knowledge and contribute to the strengthening of projects that forge the level of the university. |
