| Descripción : | In order to establish the rotation of the products sold in a company, it is important to have all the areas concatenated so that from the day one that enters the product the control over them is efficient and accurate. This titling work is focused on the proposal for the optimization of inventories in the winery and distribution center in a personal grooming products company located in the center of the city of Quito. The study is generated with the analysis of the current situation of the company with data survey both purchases and sales of the year 2018 and determines the products that are marketed, the type of storage system, its characteristics and processes, as well as also the distribution of internal goods, thereby developing the proposal to optimise inventory and distribute the goods within the warehouse, through an ABC analysis of the products and the implementation of tools that provide efficient management of the storage and material handling system. Perform a profitability analysis of the company with TOC optimization tool (restriction theory), taking as restrictions the parameters that allow to adjust to what you have without losing the objective of generating more profitability. Finally, the economic study that will allow to understand the savings flows and the investments that can be made for the implementation of the proposal |
